The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Products: Broadcast (Thiết bị phát thanh truyền hình)
– Camera
– Player and Recorder
– Digital AV Switcher and Mixer
– Studio Camera
– Convertible Camera
• Support customer in using and repairing professional camcorder and related broadcasting equipments
• Directly repair and solve problem of above products
• Frequently visit customer to understand their equipments operation
• Closely work with factory and other related parties

Job Requirements
• Male only
• Good at English skills
• University graduate: Electronics and Telecommunication, Audio Video equipment, Television camera
• At least 4 years experience in same position
• Experienced and knowledge about broadcasting equipment, especially professional camcorder
• Good skill in hardware and software to ensure system smooth operation
• Good in Microsoft office: Excel, word , power point
• Very good in English for daily work with oversea support team
• Able to work independently and good teamwork spirit
• Have experience in working international environment

Job Description
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Roll out business plan with ambitious target and give out own plan to achieve goal
• Take care daily marketing activities for North market to promote Panasonic FA (Factory Automation) product such as Distributor support, conducting product seminar, Road Show presentation and exhibition.
• Create, daily visit, maintain and develop relationship with key Japanese End-user customer and Machine Maker customer to promote Panasonic FA product, grow market and ensure satisfaction of customer.
• Provide product technical support / product training to distributors and customers
• Be responsible for market information through market survey activities, to get market condition, competitor information and economic trend.
• Building customer database for Northern Vietnam market with in depth and updated information.
• Be responsible to manage Key accounts information, make relationship and coordinate with distributors to provide support and training.
• Closely work with distributors to follow key project and lead them to sales.
• Weekly report to supervisor and Headquarters.
