Mô tả công việc:
- Provide technical support to staff for all hardware, software, associiated peripherals. That may include answering questions, resolving computer problems, providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware, software, printing, installation, email, and operating systems.
- Responsible for proper installation and setup PC, peripheral, cable, operating systems, software.
- Install, configure, and support the servers, LAN, WAN.
- Monitor the daily performance of computer systems: networks, servers & make adjustments which are need & solve any problems raised by the system..
- Performing maintenance tasks on a regular basis.
- Update, maintain an accurate inventory of hardware, software.
- Come up with suggestions to improve practices/processes in your discipline.
- Research new technologies and implement solutions to improve network infrastructure.
- Make documentation that relate to your work.
- To undertake miscellaneous IT tasks assigned by IT Manager.
- Report to IT Manager on a regular basis.
Kỹ năng công việc:
- 1-2 years working experience in the same position.
- Have skills and experiences in Windows sever 2008 Active Directory, Windows 7/XP is a must.,
- Have skills and experiences in Debian/Ubuntu Unix & working in a mixed environment windows/unix will be a strong advantage and preferred.
- Have skills and experiences in LAN, WAN, VPN.
- Expertise in Help desk support, network and PC trouble shooting.
- Have knowledge in some scripting languages: visual basic, bash/sh shell script will be an advantage.
- Certificates in IT field is an advantage and preferred.
